Organic farming as a guiding principle

The principle is to seek overall quality, by utilizing the different stages of the earth's natural process, in order to guarantee living, stable soils and balanced vines in an impeccable environment.

We rigorously apply a production specification approved by the State and the European Union. An organization accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture controls, guarantees and certifies our Chénas as well as our Beaujolais Blanc and Rosé, produced from organic farming: our wines are made without chemical fertilizers, without synthetic products, without herbicides, without pesticides.

What lies behind a wine certified as "Organic Farming"?

An agricultural production system that respects living organisms and natural cycles. It favors preventative measures and physical processes while ensuring that external inputs are restricted.

The wines are subject to European regulations: production, processing, distribution, and labeling are controlled and certified. The AB logo guarantees that the vines have not been treated with any chemicals. Winemaking adheres to the use of certified organic agricultural ingredients (grapes, sugar, alcohol) and restricts the use of sulfites.
