WINEMAKING
Short carbonic maceration (6-8 days) with whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Vinification with no SO2.
AGED
6-8 months in tank, little or no filtration, SO2 only at bottling.
SERVICE
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 13° to 15°C
STORAGE: 3-5 years
TASTING NOTES: Light red fruit notes, fresh and delicate profile. Pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board.
